HFIX shows as Uncommitted and Committed both on Status page

Summary
HFix is showing up as Uncommitted and Committed both despite commiting on Hotfix status tab of Update manager.
Error Messages
No specific error. In the below screen capture, HFIX-22715 shows as both Committed and Uncommited.
Steps to Reproduce
Commit the HFix.
Root Cause
The root of this problem seem to be that the values for the column pyUniqueID are larger than the defined column size of 16 characters. The value gets truncated upon insert and when attempt is made to use it as a key to link rows and nothing is found.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local-change:
1. Increase the column size of pyUniqueID from 16 character to 32 character. pyUniqueID value is also saved in the pxInsName column, hence populating each row's pyUniqueID column with the value from pxInsName column.
2. Restart the JVM and commit the hotfixes from update manager page.
