Hide certain rule form tabs from other business users

Summary
You have delegated a rule to business users. How can you hide some of the tabs on the rule from business users?
Resolution
RuleFormLayout rule controls the tabs visible in delegated rules.
You can copy it into your application and edit the "Visible: When" setting on the tabs that you want to hide so that they only appear for users in the developer Access Group.
