Home tab does not display on opening a service case

Summary



The Home tab does not display when opening a service case in the Interaction portal.


Error Messages



Not Applicable.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch a new phone call
  2. Start a new General Service Request
  3. Search on the ID from the same General Service Request
  4. Click the OK button on the popup to re-open the General Service Request. The Home tab does not display


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Resolution

Apply HFix-51591.
