Home tab does not display on opening a service case
The Home tab does not display when opening a service case in the Interaction portal.
Steps to Reproduce
- Launch a new phone call
- Start a new General Service Request
- Search on the ID from the same General Service Request
- Click the OK button on the popup to re-open the General Service Request. The Home tab does not display
