Horizontal screen appears only at the end of the page

Summary
User is unable to find the vertical scroll bar unless he scrolls to end page horizontally.

Steps to Reproduce
Launch the case manger portal having a large number of work item in it so that a vertical scrollbar should appear on the page.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules, it does not return the proper scroll height on the harnessContent. There is no need of adding the harness height with the button height of the container.
Resolution
Apply HFix-29852. In this the scrollable height of the harness is not altered.
