Horizontal scrollbar displays instead of vertical scrollbar

While using a text area on the Edge browser, a horizontal scrollbar displays instead of a vertical scrollbar.

Steps to Reproduce
Configure a text area on a section. A vertical scrollbar displays on the Chrome browser but a horizontal scrollbar displays on the Edge browser during the run time.
Root Cause
The horizontal scrollbar displayed as the next line jump was not detected on the Edge browser.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Add the below style to the UserWorkForm:
[style] white space:normal !important; [/style]
