Hotfixes Installed successfully not showing in committed list

Summary
The user committed below uncommitted Hotfixes using commit all option.
After that they are able to see them in committed status in History Tab but not able to find in Committed Tab.
HFIX-27610 - NPE observed in logs at run time of MasterForRequestors.
HFIX-27767- pr_sys_ruleset_index table is growing exponentially

Steps to Reproduce
Install above hot fixes.
Root Cause
Column size of pyUniqueID in PR_DATA_PRODUCTS table is not sufficient to hold data.
Resolution
Increase the column size of pyUniqueID column in PR_DATA_PRODUCTS table and commit the HFix again to resolve the issue.
