How to reduce the smart info display time

Requirement to delay the smart info display time.
Note: The default value is 1000ms.

Root Cause
The default value of .SmartInfoDisplayDelay is 1000ms.
Resolution
This issue is resolved using the following local-change:
Apply the below local change in the Userworkform HTML fragment:
<script>
var gSmartInfoDisplayDelay = 100;
</script>
Ensure that this Userworkform Html is in latest ruleset version.
You can reduce the display delay time to zero if required.
