How to show Spacetitlebar icons in composite portal

Summary
In a Classic User portal, the space title bar icons Back, Forward, Refresh, Print, and so on, are obtained through RULE-OBJ-HTML @BASECLASS SPACETITLEBAR rule. Is there any way to show this icon functionality in Composite Portal?
