HTML tags placed incorrectly in Paragraph Rules

Summary



On updating a Paragraph rule, the HTML tags used in the rule are placed incorrectly after saving and check-in.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add non-standard HTML to a Paragraph rule, save and Check-in the paragraph rule. The markup in the rule is placed incorrectly.


     
  2. Check out the rule and add some text (Non standard HTML) at the 'Adding Non standard HTML here' location and save the rule.


     
  3. Click the Source button to view the Paragraph rule in the Design view.



    The markup is placed incorrectly.


     
  4. Click the Source button. The markup is not in the location where it was originally written.


Root Cause



The markup is placed incorrectly when Non standard HTML is written.


Resolution



Perform the following local-change:

After adding the code, select the 'Source only mode' checkbox to retain the markup.
