Http 400:Not able to get response through Snapstart URL

Summary
When opening the same session in different MS Outlook windows, all windows are showing status good message (except the original windowshowing the correct harness) with http 400 response.
Error Messages
status good with no content returned with http 400
Steps to Reproduce
1. Install Pega for MS Outlook.
2.Try accessing plugin in multiple Windows.
3.Perform some action in one window.
4.Try accessing the same in another opened Window.
5.Observe status good with no content returned with http 400.
Root Cause
Not able to get response through snapstart URL.
Resolution
Apply HFix-35770.
