PegaRULES 7.10 ML9 (coreAssemblyCached_719_730)
No accompanying errors are seen in the logs.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Connect to SMA and open up the relevant node.
2. Navigate to Logging and Tracing > Log Files.
3. Click the "text" link next to the PEGA log entry.
4. At this point a dialog is displayed to enter a username and password.
5. Enter the requested details the click OK button.
The initial problem was determined to be a modified password.
However, in this instance instead of returning a HTTP 401 response code and re-showing dialog to enter the user credentials, it was returning an HTTP 500 response code. Hence this was not allowing the user to access the logs.
After restarting the browser and retrying with the new password, the user was able to access the logs.
