Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect to SMA and open up the relevant node.

4. At this point a dialog is displayed to enter a username and password.

Root Cause

The initial problem was determined to be a modified password.
However, in this instance instead of returning a HTTP 401 response code and re-showing dialog to enter the user credentials, it was returning an HTTP 500 response code. Hence this was not allowing the user to access the logs.

Resolution

After restarting the browser and retrying with the new password, the user was able to access the logs.
