Summary
When running an IAC harness, after a certain step in the process and clicking submit, the result is a "PRGateway Exception: Invalid method: POST for..."

Steps to Reproduce
Deploy prgateway on Websphere Application Server 8.5.5+ and access the prgateway through the IBM HTTP web server.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is due to the fact that the IBM HTTP Server Websphere Application Plugin does not use the HTTP 1.1 100 Continue support by default.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change: use the JDK 1.6 on Websphere 8.5.5+ where the expect:100-continue header is ignored.
