IAC mashup URL throws 500 Internal server error
Summary
When in Internet Application Composer (IAC), user submits the modal dialog, error is observed.
Whenever there is a pattern of /!AppName/$ThreadaName/$WorkProcessing for thread name (more than one occurrence of delimiter "/$" ), the request fails. Error Messages
"There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator".

- Launch Modal Window button.
- Click Cancel or Submit button.
Internal 500 server error throws in Network traceRoot Cause
Validation to be done on IAC first request (does not have AccessGroup) is now happening for every request. Resolution
Apply HFix-29776 which ensure the validation only happens only for request without Access Group and with appname.
