Icons are distorted on use of UI-KIT 14.01

Icons are distorted when using the UI KIT 14.01. These icons display correctly when using the UI KIT 12.01.

Steps to Reproduce
- Move from UI-Kit 12 to UI-Kit 14 in the Application Definition.
- Click Save.
Root Cause
The py-icons.css file was not used from the OOTB UI-Kit-7:14-01-01 ruleset. Instead, a version from a custom ruleset was in use. Most of the CSS for the icons in this file matched the same that is found in the UI-Kit-7:12-01-01 version of the CSS file. The CSS file was overridden at a previous point in time when UI Kit 12 was used. Therefore, when the change to UI Kit was made, the custom ruleset version of the CSS file was not changed.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use the out-of-the-box version of the py-icons.css file in the UI-Kit-7:14 ruleset.
To use the custom ruleset file version (possibly if it contains customizations),
- Perform a Save As of the out-of-the-box UI-Kit-7:14-01-01 ruleset version of the file to the custom ruleset.
- Re-add any customizations that are used.
Repeat this approach if the UI-Kit is upgraded in the future.
