Identifier name is not getting populated while creating any rule

When a rule is created, the Short Description is not used to automatically populate the Identifier field.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

Create a rule with locale defined in the application.

Root Cause

This is an expected behaviour.

When a user has a locale defined in their application, PRPC gives leverage to provide the Label name and identifier in their specified locale language. If the user doesn’t specify any locale, it will take the default locale from the browser and identifier will automatically pick what user have mentioned in the label while creating any rule. This is the expected behaviour of PRPC to provide the user a leverage to use their own identifier irrespective of label name.
