IE 8,9 the pxCurrency control shows" not valid decimal" error

On IE 8 and 9, when we enter a valid decimal value to the pxCurrency control, an error is showed that the value is not a valid decimal value.

Error Messages

Not a valid decimal.

Steps to Reproduce

- Create a decimal property
- Use the properly in a section.
- At run time, populate the decimal value and click in a different area of the harness.
A validation error occurs despite the fact a valid decimal value has been used.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
We notice an extra space (on the browser side) is automatically added by PRPC which is causing the validation error.
The space is not present in the clipboard and is added by the generated code for the section.
From pzPerformGridAction activity, we are calling ProcessAction activity with a new parameter page. The parameter page doesn't get inStandardsMode parameter value from the original request. This makes the condition at pzGenerateFormat to assume that the browser is in Quirks mode. This trigger the issue as PRPC adds a space in quirks mode.

This issue is resolved by hotfix item Hfix-22186.
