IE gets struck when closing a work item

Summary
When user is trying to open a work object and perform any modification and then try to close, it is offered with two options as "Discard" or "Close".
Now, when user clicks on close, the screen is struck and the same two options are getting disabled and user is not able to perform any further action.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open a work object and perform any action.
2. Click on the close icon. Two options "Discard" and "Close" will be prompted.
4. Click on close and the screen is struck.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
It is user implementation fault. User expectation is not to show "Discard" and "Close" button.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
1. Open the rule "UserWorkForm".
2. Do a save as of the rule into the application ruleset.
3. Place the following code snippet and save the UserWorkForm rule.
