IE11 doesn't render Pega 7 screen properly using IE5 emulation

Summary
When IE11 is set to use IE5 Emulation mode, the Pega 7.x application portal doesn't render correctly.

Steps to Reproduce
Set IE11 to IE5 Emulation mode
Root Cause
Pega 7 applications need to be displayed in Standards / Edge mode.
Resolution
Setting IE11 to use use Standards / Edge mode (no Compatibility mode or Emulation) resolves this.
