Image is missing in correspondence email

Summary
Image is present the correspondence rule and in the rule preview. But it is missing in the generated email in PRPC 6.2 SP2.
Error Messages
A red cross mark appears in the place of image.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a correspondence with an image.
2. Use the property-set-Corr to set the correspondence .
3. Call the activity SendEmailNotification using Queue method .
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
For batch requestors, one does not populate pxThread page with properties like pxReqHomeURI.
Due to that at run time there is no complete path of the image file stored on the file system.
Resolution
Local-Change :
Call the Property-Set-Corr step in foreground thread/requestor and once the stream is attached one can Queue the SendEmailNotification activity for Batch requestor.
