Summary

This issue is reported from an environment that is upgraded from PRPC 6.2 SP1 to Pega 7.1.9. 
​User is using HTMLToPDF activity and generating PDF of the HTML containing images and bar codes. They are able to generate PDF but it is not displaying images and barcodes.

Error Messages

“HTTP Get Failed for (Image URL).” in tracer. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create the HTML Content which contains the images and barcodes which are coming from some third party URL.
2. Use the Pega OOTB HTMLtoPDF activity to convert that HTML into PDF.
3. While converting the images and barcodes Pega will throw the error.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Resolution

Apply HFix-25622 to resolve the issue.
