Import failed while importing the packages using prpcUtil - FSIF

Errors are observed during fresh install of FSIF v7.22 on Pega 7.22
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
Run the prpcUtils to import the FSIF zip files..
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment:
From the user's prpcUtils.properties file it is is observed that the wong version of PegaFSIFSampleData_DataInstances_07.02.01.zip file is used.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Download the FSIF 7.22 media and used the right version of the file that is PegaFSIFSampleData_DataInstances_07.22.zip.
- Re-import the zip files
- Recycle the server
- Verify all rule-sets got imported as per the installation guide ( https://pdn.pega.com/documents/financial-services-industry-foundation-722-installation-guide )
