Import wizard fails if Turkish char in filename



When using the Application Import wizard, if the ServiceExport directory contains a file with a Turkish character in the name (for example, ü, ö & ç i ) the processing ends with the below message.


Error Messages

Flow FixCorrespondence had an error in step ASSIGNMENT6: No routing information was provided for this assignment.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Access the Application Import wizard
  2. Import a file containing a Turkish character in the name of the file

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules where missing error handling was resulting in the problem reported.


Install or upgrade to the Pega 7.1.9 where the issue reported has been addressed.
