- Choose the target audience as Prospect.
- Set the goals total sent, Impressions rate, Total impressions, Outbound conversion rate, Click through rate any value.
- Configure the a simple of proposition data to send email. In the offer set the a sample treatment. Load the prospect list; if does not exist create it from segmentation.
- Give the engagement to run the campaign to run for single occurrence.
Root CauseThis is an expected behaviour.
ResolutionHere’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
If all offers in a campaign run are complete and the campaign is a “one-off” campaign the campaign run will complete after the offers flows have run. Once the campaign run is complete, this will trigger the campaign itself to complete. As part this processing, there is some extra processing that happens including some cleanup work, which could be the reason you have a couple of mins before the campaign actually completes.
The impressions always get recorded in interaction history, which is why you will continue to see them on the campaign landing page
