Improve PDF-Reliabilty (XMP-Meta-Information) - ParentRequestor

SA-27852

Summary

For PDF files that will be generated by PRPC using PD4ML internally, all internal dates have an invalid format when the effective time zone on creation have a zero offset to UTC. So when created in Berlin on May 5th at 10:00, the creation date is 2016-05-05T10:00:00.000+02:00, which is correct. Same document created in London on December 12th at 11:30 will have the wrong creation date 2016-12-12T11:30:00.000Z00:00. For the London date, 2016-12-12T11:30:00.000Z or 2016-12-12T11:30:00.000+00:00 are the valid dates. HTMLs are converted based on @baseclass.HTMLToPDF activity. But, the issue is independent off PRPC.
