Improve performance for Field Campaign runtime execution

Summary
Field Campaigns do not support partitioning, which with large data sets may result in sub-optimal performance.

Steps to Reproduce
Run a Field Campaign with a large number of campaign contacts and review the performance.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-33166.
Additionally, enable partitioning in the Pega Marketing Application settings landing page.
Data partitioning is sufficient. Also, perform any necessary partitioning-related configuration steps.
