Inbound SMS Listener is in the Not Running state after restart

Summary



After a restart, the Inbound SMS server is continuously in the 'Not Running state.


Error Messages



Not Applicable


Steps to Reproduce

Stop and restart the server(s). The inbound SMS Listener landing page is in the Not Running state.


Root Cause



The status for the Listener connection prior to the restart is incorrectly checked to determine if the Listener must be restarted after the server restart.


Resolution



Apply HFix-39560.
