Inconsistency in 'When' rules between Pega nodes



When Rules return different outcome in different nodes.

The problematic "When" rule is used in a Strategy and therefore the results of the Strategy is incorrect on different nodes for the same input data.

Steps to Reproduce

Issue is sporadic in nature.

The issue has not appeared since. Not able to identify any pattern yet.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment.

There was a change in the external Customer schema and new columns were added.

The When rule is evaluating on one of the newly introduced properties.

Investigating the tracer xml from both the nodes, in the problematic node, the new property is not part of the database query hence the property is not populated.

Upon restarting the servers the issue did not appear.


Resave Data-Admin-DB-Table rule for the Pega class whose underlying table has changes.
