Inconsistent Rule-Utility-Function key in PegaRULES log



Error occurs when starting the Pega application on all environments.

Error Messages

[java] 539 [ xr42] [ STANDARD] [ ] (internal.library.LibLibraryDef) ERROR - Library OBSLIB.OBSLib
[java] has inconsistent Rule-Utility-Function key / implementation issues.
[java] These may be the result of merging the Function from another ruleset.
[java] Please resave all prototypes into a higher ruleset and remove the bad functions. Duplicate instances for function/version: HasFileToAttach--(String) OBSLIB:01-01-90

Steps to Reproduce

Start the system and review the PegaRules log file.

Root Cause

A software use or operation error. Duplicate instances are found for the same function or version.


Perform the following local-change:

Resave all the prototypes to a higher ruleset and delete the bad functions.
