Incorrect behavior with Interaction driver and the service cases



A Customer Process Manager (CPM)7.1.3 application running on Pega 7.1.6.

The issue is related UI display inconsistency in the Interaction Portal.

The selected Intent Task somehow disappears from the screen but can redisplay correctly when the section refreshes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open new Interaction case.
2. Open multiple service cases within the Interaction case.
3. Close the Interaction case tab.
4. Open the Interaction case again from the worklist.
5. Only few service cases appear on the case again.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Apply HFix-21430 on CPM 7.1.3 and HFix-33227 on Pega 7.1.6.
