Summary

Application was recently upgraded the platform to Pega 7.2. .For some users having locale 'es_MX', when user tries to select a date from the calendar icon, an invalid value is appearing. Refer below message wherein the hour part is getting disappeared. 

14/09/2016 :07AM is not a valid date/time

Also for fields where only the date part is required, we are not having issues. The issue exists where both Date and Time are required.

Error Messages

"" is not a valid Date-Time value

* "" contains the invalid date

Steps to Reproduce

1.An operator with the following settings are created :-
Localization
Default locale : es_MX
Scheduling
Time zone : America/ New_York
Calendar : CCAP Branch Calendar

2. Click on any calendar icon that takes both Date and Time.

Root Cause

When date format is dd/mm/yy hh:mm as per logic written in calendar_util.js file counter is updated but race condition fails.

Resolution

Apply HFix-29609.
