Incorrect Distribution test status displays on the Test tab

Summary



Incorrect Distribution test status displays on the Test tab. The status remains as 'Scheduled' even when the data flow in running. The correct status should be 'Running'.


Error Messages



Not Applicable.


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the application
  2. Create a campaign with a strategy, an engagement and an audience defined
  3. Start a Distribution test
  4. Check the data flow status in Designer Studio > Configure > Decisioning > Decisions > Dataflows > Batch Processing


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Resolution

Apply HFix-53853.
