Summary
An incorrect error message is displayed on Decimal controls. When an alphanumeric value is entered into a decimal field, the system shows "Value cannot be blank" message instead of "Invalid value".

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Decimal type property.
- In a section use Integer control to use that property.
- Mark it as required.
- At runtime use alphanumeric values and tab out.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local-change:
Use a text control to use the Decimal type property.
