Incorrect Goal tab count displays on clicking the Goals tab

Summary



The Goals tab indicates that goals associated with the Product item are present. However, empty result displays on clicking the Goals tab of the product.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a product with the initial release
  2. Open the release from the created product
  3. Create two goals by clicking Actions  and Create new goal
  4. Refresh the product. Observe the Goals tab count


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The activity fetched the incorrect count of goals for the product.

Resolution



Apply HFix-50874.
