Incorrect operator displays in the flow post upgrade

Summary
On creating a case and proceeding to a screen flow, the user stops at the first step of the flow. The case is present in the 'pending list' of cases. When another user opens the case from the list and moves to the next assignment in the screen flow, it incorrectly updates the created user name as the current user. This results in issues when routing and processing the case.

Steps to Reproduce
- Upgrade from PRPC 5.4 to Pega 7.1.8
- Create a flow which generates the case ID and invokes a screen flow
- The first user creates the request and leaves the request in the in-progress list of cases
- Ensure a different user opens the case and updates it
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. The router information was mapped incorrectly.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:Update the router for the screen flow.
