Incorrect TimeStamp in Audit trail compared to Operator Time

Summary



When you create a case it generates the OTB audit trail record, but the timestamp listed in audit trail does not match with operators time (configured in Operator ID).

Steps to Reproduce



Create a case and check the Audit trail record for time stamp,
check with your time (Should be correctly configured in Operator record).



Resolution



HFix-20000 resolves the issue
