Incorrect UI for Application screen

Summary
When you open an Application rule, the rule form appears to be different from what you expect.
Expected : -
Error Messages
Not Applicable.
Root Cause
Pega-Desktop has been added to the Application stack, hence the section is being picked from that Ruleset.
Resolution
Remove the Pega-Desktop from Application stack so that the section rule is picked from the correct ruleset.
