Incorrect validation on RC53

Summary
According to the VISA standards, VoucherDate should only be required for RC85. Currently, there are scenarios where we are getting a validation error on RC53. In order to resolve the issue, the user must change the RC to RC85, answer the question, and then change the RC back to 53.
Error Messages
"VoucherDate:This field may not be left blank"
Steps to Reproduce
From a technical standpoint, it looks like you need to find a way to get the .VoucherReceivedCode property to have a value of "Yes" and then select RC53.
On submit, the validation runs, and states that VoucherDate is required, even though the field is not displayed on the screen
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item HFix-22131
