Incorrect value displays on clicking Report Definition Filter

Post upgrade to Pega 7.4, on clicking the filters of Report Definition, Backend value displays instead of the Display value.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open a report from the portal
- Click a filter of a column
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. Changes are made in pzUniqueValuesGridFields and pzGetGridColUniqueValues, to support, filter by format, for Report Definition.
Resolution
Apply HFix-49191.
