Infinite loop opening harness windows onclick event of dropdown

Summary
User reports that with a drop down with an Onchange event opening a harness.
But the on-change event is opening infinite number of harnesses.
This is seen only after upgrade to Pega 7.3.1 from Pega 7.1.8.

Steps to Reproduce
1. On a section add a drop-down control.
2. Configure Onchange Launch Harness action.
Root Cause
After Upgarde controls were corrupted.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
Replace the old controls(Drop down) with new controls and configured the same things as in old control, this resolves the issue.
