  1. Use the out-of-the-box Print functionality.
  2. Click the Print button.
  3. Click Print Preview.
  4. Save the print to PDF format.
  5. Open the saved PDF.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code  or rules.

The table control does not adjust to the size of the Print Preview page. The header names are large values. They are not broken and
they occupy more space. Hence, the table is cropped. Therefore, the data in the top is cropped. This occurs in the Chrome browser.
In the Internet Explorer browser, Flex related CSS is not supported. As a result, the entire page is cropped.

Resolution

Perform the following local-change:

For Chrome browser:
  1. Open the table header Cell properties.
  2. Enable Word Wrap and Word Break checkboxes for all column headers.
For the Internet Explorer browser:
  1. Click the Presentation tab of all the dynamic layouts in that page.
  2. Change Optimized CSS to Legacy.
  3. Open the table header Cell properties.
  4. Enable Word Wrap and Word Break checkboxes for all column headers.
