Installation of KYC Framework missing pr_sys_updatescache

SA-5198

Summary

Know Your Customer (KYC) 7.12 and Pega 7.1.7 were installed on Linux / JBoss EAP 6.3 / SQL Server 2008 and identified that during the deployment of KYC framework four SQL scripts must be executed manually:
trKYC_RULETYPE_DEF_DEL.sql
trKYC_RULETYPE_DEF_INS.sql
trKYC_RULETYPE_DEF_UPD.sql
UPDATE_KYC_RULETYPE_DEF.sql

Within trKYC_RULETYPE_DEF_INS.sql file there is an insert into RulesDev1.pr_sys_updatescache, however this table does not exist. This resulted in an error.

Error Messages

Msg 208, Level 16, State 1, Procedure trKYC_RULETYPE_DEF, Line 45

Invalid object name 'RulesDev1.pr_sys_updatescache'.

Steps to Reproduce

Run trKYC_RULETYPE_DEF SQL script.

Root Cause

When installing KYC 7.12 on split schema, customization of the installation SQL scripts is required to direct one table to the data schema.

Resolution

Specify the name of the data schema in trKYC_RULETYPE_DEF SQL script.
