Installation of PRPC 6.3 SP1 fails on alter trigger

Summary



When trying to install PRPC 6.3 SP1 using the PRPC_Setup.jar interactive installer program, the install fails on an alter trigger statement.

Error Messages



[java] **Date and time** com.pega.pegarules.install.SQLLoader writeMessage
[java] WARNING: Statement: ALTER TRIGGER trpr4_base DISABLE
[java] java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-04080: trigger 'TRPR4_BASE' does not exist

Steps to Reproduce



Install PRPC 6.3 SP1.

Root Cause



The PRPC schema objects (tables, triggers, views) were not created successfully in the target database schema and the Create schema option in the interactive installer program was not selected to create them.

Resolution



The explanation for this behavior is as follows:
Create the PRPC schema objects separately, and select the option in the interactive installer program to create them.
