Unable to resolve the case due to error "instance of class queue not found: SYSTEM-QUEUE-SERVICELEVEL.."

Error Messages

instance of class queue not found: SYSTEM-QUEUE-SERVICELEVEL.SYSTEM-QUEUE-SERVICELEVEL in tracer.Please find the attached screenshot

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a WO with an overall sla 
  2. Find the SLA queue item created for overallSLA 
  3. Update the queue item entry data as below 
  4. PyItemStatus ='Now-Processing', pxProcessingNodeId ='win-9nqu1vkgabd' 
  5. Try to resolve the WO now. 
  6. In tracer I could see error ' Instance of class Queue not found: SYSTEM-QUEUE-SERVICELEVEL.SYSTEM-QUEUE-SERVICELEVEL 1477983797566000BD00823092C649E98BDCC57350E85B6A '

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules: REMOVEASSIGNMENTBYTICKET utility method.
