Summary
Instances of templates in PegaMKT-Data-Outbound-TemplateRun-File are not created in the new environment post deploying the application with the template rules .

Steps to Reproduce
- Create an Outbound template file rule. An instance is created in Rule-Obj-Template
- Deploy the application to a higher environment
- Run the campaign
Root Cause
Instances of PegaMKT-Data-Outbound-TemplateRun-File for each template rule are not included in the package.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Pack the PegaMKT-Data-Outbound-TemplateRun-File instances for each template rule in Rule-Admin-Product.
Alternatively,
- Create Revision Management and include the template rule in it
- Deploy the package to another environment
