Intent displayed in English instead of Spanish locale



When launching an intent in Customer Service (CS) sporadically the content (all or partial) of the intent work area will be displayed in English not the expected localized Spanish.

​If the section in question is refreshed the task will render correctly. The issue happens frequently across various intents. The locale is being set in a dynamic manner during the application setup and not on the operator record or the browser.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch the application portal.
  2. Open a few intents which display in Spanish.
  3. Often one of the intents will load in English.
  4. Try reopening the same intent and it again displays in Spanish.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
