Intent Tasks are not being included when building RAP
SA-3877
Summary
Intent Tasks are not being included when building RAP
All instances of Rule-PegaCA-Intent-Task are not included when listing the rules in a ruleset Version. A side effect of this is that when a RAP is built using either that ruleset or the application that ruleset belongs to, those particular rules are not included.
For example, on your dev system, there are 59 instances of these rules in a MyCoCA Ruleset version. These can be seen when viewing by records.
However, when looking at the MyCoCA ruleset and click on the list of rules there, there are no rule types that have 59 instances.

Root Cause
The triggers associated with the pca_rule_task table were not setup. These triggers are required to update the pr4_rule_vw table.Resolution
The explanation for this behavior is as follows: the database triggers for the pca_rule_task table were not added during the installation process.
