Interaction Call timer does not work
The Call timer displays at multiple locations on the Pega Customer Service (CS) Interaction. Only one of the locations is updated with the elapsed time.
Steps to Reproduce
- Launch an Interaction.
- Launch a task.
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
The underlying UI assumes that there is only one timer. It assumes that the timer is in a <div> with id = "myTimer". When multiple timers exist, the code uses the same ID for all of them. Only one timer is found and only that is updated.
Perform the following local-change:
Remove the additional timers such that only one timer is in the current portal.
