Interaction is closing when user do Transfer call process

Summary



Interaction is closing when user does Transfer call process instead of closing only modal dialog.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create Interaction.
  2. Select call transfer Option from settings navigation.
  3. On modal dialog provide all required info and click on Transfer or complete transfer button.


Root Cause



This is an expected behaviour.

Resolution



Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:

When user is
transferring the case by default. CSR1 should no longer own the interaction once transferred. The behaviour is same in the OOTB.
