- Create Interaction.
- Select call transfer Option from settings navigation.
- On modal dialog provide all required info and click on Transfer or complete transfer button.
Root CauseThis is an expected behaviour.
ResolutionHere’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
When user is transferring the case by default. CSR1 should no longer own the interaction once transferred.
The behaviour is same in the OOTB.
