Interaction ID displays a future date

Summary
On creating a case after 8 PM EST, the Interaction ID displays a future date instead of the present date.

Steps to Reproduce
Create a case after 8 PM EST.
Root Cause
The UpdateInteractionHistory activity was added to Steps 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, .pxCreateDateTime = D_Interaction[pyWorkPage.CAParentID].pxCreateDateTime to allow Date conversion with the Timestamp value intact. The issue was with setting the DateTime value to the UpdateTime Date property.
The CAInteractionHistory and CPMInteractionHistoryDetails sections updated to display .pxCreateDateTime property as Date allows the conversion to occur on the client side.
Resolution
Apply HFix-53841.
