Interaction portal displays incorrectly on the IE browser

Summary
User launches the Interaction portal and creates an interaction. However, the width of the portal is stretched on the Internet Explorer browser with a horizontal scroll bar. This occurs while using Pega Customer Service framework 8.1.3 on Pega 8.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create an embedded dynamic layout with a formatted text
- Create an embedded dynamic layout with grids
- Open the layouts on the Customer Service (CS) Interaction portal
- Launch the portal on the Internet Explorer browser
Root Cause
A software use or operation error. The pzActionAreaContent section is an older variant where the deprecated layouts are still used. Hence, a newer variant of the functionality is created in pyCaseActionArea.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Use the pyCaseActionArea section from the UI-Kit instead of pzActionAreaContent.
